Meet Team EK
We started with a small idea that turned into a big dream.

Eddie King was founded from a passion and dream to design quality clothing that not only was suitable for the gym studio, or when riding, but was also fashionable and comfortable to wear out.
Our whole family is involved in sport, from Dressage to Rugby, Football, Running and of course going to the gym. So it was a real family affair, our company name came after lots of family discussions around the kitchen table, and we decided on the name Eddie King after our 2 dressage horses, Eddie and King.
The rest is history and we launched in September 2025.
Super Woman
Alex
Alex created the brand early in 2025, after many years of ideas and dreams. With an extensive background in equestrian sport alongside fitness and running she wanted to design clothing that would be comfortable and fashionable to wear in the gym, on the yard and on the street.
Alex has 2 dressage horses, Eddie and The King who she rides daily and competes up to Advanced Medium with an aim to get to PSG and wear her tailcoat again.
The Rock
Dave
Not shy of using the gym, Dave is the financial wizz and "Rock" behind Eddie King. Years of experience working in finance in the big smoke along with a love of rugby, animals and the countryside, has brought Dave to enjoy life in the Cotswolds, not to far from Kingsholm!
The Princess
Holly
Holly is a game of two halves. She will either be found riding her fireball of a horse called Freckles or having her hair, nails or lashes done! Competing at PSG, having had a successful tour at Junior FEI , she is now aiming for Inter1 on her pint sized pocket rocket.

Eddie & The King
The boys that were the basis of our brand name.
Eddie is a 6 year old Trakehner who has a famous sister in a horse called Dalera who won the 2024 Olympic gold medal. Eddie is in training and will be starting his dressage career soon.
Then there is The King, (BB King) who was bred by the Woodlander stud, and is by a stallion called Benvenuto. The King is training at Advanced Medium having had a previous life eventing and is number 1 on the yard alongside Hollys pint sized PSG horse Freckles.
